Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe

An amazing and simple chocolate chia pudding that is gluten free and dairy free. Smooth, creamy and full of nutrients. No bake and rich chocolate taste!

  • High Speed Blender


  • 1 can Full fat coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Cacao
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips


  • Add all the ingredients except the chocolate chips into the high speed blender.
  • Place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave 30 seconds to soften the chocolate. Add the chocolate to the blender.
  • Blend on high for 2 minutes. Transfer pudding to glass bowls and cover with plastic wrap. Place them in the fridge for 3-4 hours to set.


  • If you do not care for avocados you can leave them out.  I like the extra creaminess and nutrients it provides.  You cannot taste the avocado!
  • The chia seeds act like a binding agent so you cannot omit those from the recipe.
